  I went a couple of weeks ago because I was in a hurry and let me tell you that bald guy he is RACIST & MEAN .. I was just waiting for a friend and I hear him talking back behind people also I asked a simple question and he immediately screamed at my face like.. seriously.. I also heard another story with the same situation with that bald guy. Dear Second Cup, please fire him he's rude to customers. Or better Fairview should closed this place down.

  I'm not from Canada but I really wanted something to drink. So this was the nearest place from where I was shopping and so far this is the WORST coffee - would i even call this a coffee shop- to go! Not only the drink but the customer service! Being only a tourist visiting this really made me upset! The workers are mean, not professional and will get your order wrong - ESPECIALLY if your not from the area! I have heard that this place was not friendly anyways (when I visited another store in the mall). They DON'T respect clients , DON'T clean , NOTHING! They have messed up my weekend!

  Terrible service, was feeling very ill and I had water in a Starbucks cup, I sat down at their outside table near bus stop because I felt sick, woman very Rudely told us to leave because I had a Starbucks cup, and that Only second cup customers could sit, but as I looked around nobody around me had any second cup cups, just drinking and eating their own personal bringings. And she stalked me until I left. I am disgusted. Startbucks is the way to go!

  A cozy, modern, local coffee shop where everyone knows everyone and the coffee is always very fresh. Very clean and organized. They serve the best lattés around. You've gotta' try one!
